Ode Chem LLP is a leading producer of high-purity Tri Potassium Phosphate (TKP) Anhydrous. This highly alkaline salt (pH≈12) is prized for its exceptional solubility in water—far exceeding that of sodium phosphates. It acts as a powerful emulsifier, buffer, and builder, making it a critical ingredient in high-concentration liquid cleaners and specialized food applications where sodium intake must be limited.

Applications

Liquid Detergent

Functions as a superior “builder” in heavy-duty liquid laundry and dishwashing detergents, preventing soil redeposition and maintaining high alkalinity.

Metal Treatment

Used in alkaline degreasing baths to remove heavy oils and as a component in electrolytic cleaning and gold/silver plating processes.

Food Industry

Acts as an emulsifying salt in processed cheeses, a stabilizer in whipped toppings, and a buffering agent in low-sodium food formulations.

Agriculture

Serves as a highly soluble source of phosphorus and potassium for specialty liquid fertilizers and foliar applications.

Rubber Production

Utilized as an emulsifier in the polymerization process of synthetic rubber (SBR).

Why use TKP instead of TSP ?

TKP has significantly higher solubility than TSP (Tri Sodium Phosphate), which is critical for creating concentrated liquid products that won’t “salt out” or precipitate.

Is TKP suitable for food use ?

Yes, our Food Grade TKP complies with FCC and E340(iii) standards for use as an emulsifier and stabilizer.

What is the CAS No. TKP Anhydrous ?

The official CAS number is 7778-53-2.

What is the shelf life ?

36 months when stored in a cool, dry place away from moisture.

What are the different available Pack Size ?

25 KG & 50 KG is out standard Pack size. Customization is available on requirement & request.
